Packages ship from our warehouse
every business day (Monday – Friday) excluding national holidays.
We offer great savings when purchasing multiple items. To take advantage of our
combined shipping rates, please finish purchasing items, and then ask us for a combined
shipping invoice BEFORE completing the checkout / payment process.

We require payment within 7 days of purchase.
We do our best to deliver your item as described, and in a timely manner. In the
rare event that your item does not arrive as described we will take it back for
a full refund or replacement. There are NO refunds or returns on items delivered
as advertised.
We must be notified of misrepresented item within 7 days of delivery. Once the item
is returned in its original condition the buyer is entitled to a refund or replacement.
State laws now require us to collect sales tax in nearly 30 states. Tax rates will be shown at checkout prior to payment.
International Buyers may be subject to Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees associated
with buying from the United States. These charges are beyond our control and vary
by country. Please contact your local Customs office for more information. We do
NOT mark packages as gifts or lower values.
We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything we can to assure
that you’re satisfied. In the event that your merchandise is damaged through defect

Yes, whenever possible we combine shipping. Most of our products are automatically
set up with combined rates. If you don’t see what you are looking for send us a

2. Do you ship to APO/FPO’s?
Yes, it is the same rate as US shipping.
3. Do you have any other styles?
No, everything we currently have in stock is listed. Please check back every couple
days. Our items are always changing.
4. Is the picture the actual item?
Yes, if it is a USED item we always take a picture of the actual item. If it is
brand new than we typically use stock photos (unless otherwise noted).
5. Where is my tracking?
Please wait at least 1 day before you ask for tracking. Your tracking will always
be sent to the email address you have associated with ebay. It will not come to
ebay messages.
6. Do you have any other payment options?
We accept PayPal only
7. Do you know what the Customs/Taxes/Duties charges will be?
No. We have no idea what these are or how they are calculated.
8. Do you have other pictures?
No. All the pictures we have are in the listings.
9. Is this authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is guaranteed to be authentic. We do not deal in fakes or
forgeries.
10. Is there a faster shipping method?
Yes. Please inquire through eBay messages for specific rates.
11. How long until I receive an International item?
International shipping is normally 6-10 days, but with the Customs department we
cannot guarantee any delivery time.
